Narrative:
I was doing a practice approach to runway 1 via the GPS 1 approach. Decided to circle to [another runway] for the winds. Once at circling minimums; I circled to [the other runway] at minimums. I was looking outside to line up properly with runway centerline and when I when I looked inside I noticed I was between 40-50 degrees of left bank accidentally due to winds shifting. Once I noticed this I rolled out of the turn. I was just over the numbers for the runway knowing I was not stable I decided to go around.
