Narrative:
En route iah pbi abeam msy both IRS dc fail lights illuminated. After consultation with company mx via phone patch convinced by mx just a glitch 'continue on to pbi' 100 mi west of tpa captain's flight instruments related to IRS's started to fail one by one. Battery voltage now showing a drop from normal. ATC notified and proceeded to land at pbi with first officer flight instruments. (Pbi nearest airport in point of time). WX VFR, all preflight checks were completed. Post flight inspection revealed battery circuit breaker and battery charger circuit breaker tripped. Supplemental information from acn 147825. 100 NM west of srq, battery voltage dropped to 18 volts. Another phone patch to mx, mother 'continue to pbi' shortly after passing tpa, captain's flight instruments, related to IRS's, failed, and ATC was notified.
