Narrative:
I think you need to know what is going on at ZJX, in the south area. The same is occurring in the central area. Controllers need help now. We are very short-staffed when traffic and WX is in area. As long as it's VFR, we combine sectors to get breaks. Enclosed material are the things going on at ZJX. Also, our supervisor second line (area manager) has made statements to me and others that he would fire anyone he wanted to, then ruin them and let them fight to get back into the FAA. By then they are ruined financially.
