Narrative:
I was called in to fly a parachute demonstration for a company which I used to work for. While reading and signing the waiver to conduct the jump into congested airspace, I noticed that the cover letter stated that a substitution of the pilot would void the waiver, and that my name was not on that waiver. I confronted the owner who said the waiver would still be valid if I was the pilot. The owner has over 10 yrs experience as a pro jumper and owner of a drop zone. The drop site was along the ILS runway 23R at ind, so the ILS was closed while our jump was going on. The jumpers, who are part of a professional jump team, could not positively identify the landing site, so we had to make 3 passes before the jumper got out, closing ind's ILS for approximately 7 mins. The reason I flew the trip was because I trusted the owner and the team, and I knew that their reputation was on the line if they didn't fly. I knew they could not fly west/O me. In the future, I will not risk my ticket for the reputation of others.
