Narrative:
After rotation and gear up, a forward cargo door warning light became illuminated. We advised fnt tower and were cleared for landing. We reached the gate, had maintenance look at the door latch, and refueled. We checked with dispatch and advised them we were ready to go. About 55 mins into the flight, I realized we had made an overweight landing inspection. We called dispatch on the radio and advised them of the oversight. They told us to contact them and maintenance control upon landing in ord.
