Flight dispatch called the load planner after the flight was released from the gate advising that the aircraft was over ramp weight. The final weight manifest did not indicate an overweight condition; over ZFW (zero fuel weight) and/or tog. The load planner advised the dispatcher to review flight plan due to showing no weight manifest abnormalities.
