Narrative:
Winds were 290 30 G 38. Taking off on 33L. Blowing very dry snow. Tower calling 5;500 RVR for aircraft landing 27. The aircraft that took off before our flight; tower reported 2;500 RVR. Was cleared for takeoff with no RVR report. On takeoff roll around 120 knots; a gust of wind caused the runway to disappear in whiteout condition. Visibility was good except for 1 inch off the runway surface. The runway was completely gone. Rotated at around 140 knots.the gust of wind could have caused the whiteout conditions by itself; but there were snow removal activities on 04R. The snow throwers were discharging large volumes of very dry light snow into the air; and the gust of wind perhaps took that airborne snow and caused the whiteout.runway lights on maximum. Snow removal should be aware of the winds and where the snow is going.
