Narrative:
Not a specific event with a flight but a potential safety issue. Recently [company] has installed bright led lights on their facility. The lights shine directly into pilots' eyes when taxiing on taxiway Y in the normal taxi route towards [the runway]. With snow/ice on the ground the lights make it difficult to see where to turn on the taxiways. We remedied the situation by taking extra time and going slow but this has the potential to cause a runway incursion if unable to see the taxiway signs due to the lights in pilots' eyes.bright lights shining from [company] facility.[company] could possibly angle the lights differently or put a 'fender' to deflect the lights away from the taxiway.
