Narrative:
Started engine; aircraft started moving; brakes were not effective as well as no directional control. Shut down engine; still no brakes as well as no directional control; impacted hangar. Afterwards; I found there to be a layer of ice underneath the snow; as well as all this happening in a matter of a few seconds.

Title: Pilot of a single engine turboprop aircraft reported starting up the engine and losing brake control due to slippery; icy ramp conditions resulting in impacting a hangar.
Narrative: Started engine; aircraft started moving; brakes were not effective as well as no directional control. Shut down engine; still no brakes as well as no directional control; impacted hangar.
