Narrative:
[We were] told to line up and wait on runway 20R. The first officer read back a takeoff clearance which was for an aircraft departing 20C. I thought it was for us as well; so we initiated a takeoff. Upon reaching 80 knots tower stated 'takeoff clearance canceled; abort takeoff immediately.' I brought the aircraft to a stop and exited the runway. We were given instructions to hold short of T2 and contact tower. We ran the rejected takeoff checklist and I contacted tower and dispatch after informing the passengers of the event. We determined the fuel state was still well above minimum and were given a new release time.I initially questioned the heading of 275 after takeoff as we normally depart with a left turn to the initial fix; but didn't think anything of it. I should have questioned the clearance before initiating the takeoff. I spoke with tower after landing and they confirmed there is a beeping sound behind the [other aircraft] read back of the takeoff clearance which was our aircraft transmitting the incorrect clearance.
