Narrative:
Around local time, at the altitude of 3500' while descending towards west fargo airport the engine quit. 2 attempts to restart the engine were unsuccessful. The emergency landing was performed on gravel county road, about 2 mi east from minnesota highway 25, and about 10 NM southeast from fargo hector airport. After touching down the plane skidded from the road to the ditch on the left side. The plane sustained minor damages; there were no injuries or other property damage. The apparent reason of the accident was fuel starvation.

Title: FORCED LNDG DUE TO FUEL STARVATION.
Narrative: AROUND LCL TIME, AT THE ALT OF 3500' WHILE DSNDING TOWARDS W FARGO ARPT THE ENG QUIT. 2 ATTEMPTS TO RESTART THE ENG WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. THE EMER LNDG WAS PERFORMED ON GRAVEL COUNTY ROAD, ABOUT 2 MI E FROM MINNESOTA HWY 25, AND ABOUT 10 NM SE FROM FARGO HECTOR ARPT. AFTER TOUCHING DOWN THE PLANE SKIDDED FROM THE ROAD TO THE DITCH ON THE L SIDE. THE PLANE SUSTAINED MINOR DAMAGES; THERE WERE NO INJURIES OR OTHER PROPERTY DAMAGE. THE APPARENT REASON OF THE ACCIDENT WAS FUEL STARVATION.
