Narrative:
On takeoff; the gear failed to retract. Nearing ZZZ I attempted to extend the landing gear utilizing the manual extension system. This system appeared to be jammed and would not extend the landing gear to the locked position. I advised ATC and requested a tower flyby to visually confirm the landing gear position. Tower advised the gear appeared down. Upon landing; all 3 landing gear retracted.
