Narrative:

While parked at gate in el paso, passenger #1 became very irritated that passenger #2 had taken off and landed west/O his seat belt fastened. He claimed that it was a threat to him and his family. He failed to point out the seat belt to any of the crew members as the alleged occurrence was happening. It is difficult to tell from the cockpit if these type situations are the result of personality conflicts between passengers or real and inappropriate behavior. The F/as said they made all normal seat belt announcements, did their usual walk through to ensure that the cabin was secure.
