Narrative:
On 7/XX90 radar data processing was lost at the day high altitude sector for a period of 10-15 mins. Darc was available but the function keys were locked out. This prevented the controllers working the sector from making any entries to reflect changes in aircraft altitudes, rtes, etc.

Title: ONE ARTCC SECTOR LOST RADAR FOR 10+ MINUTES.
Narrative: ON 7/XX90 RADAR DATA PROCESSING WAS LOST AT THE DAY HIGH ALT SECTOR FOR A PERIOD OF 10-15 MINS. DARC WAS AVAILABLE BUT THE FUNCTION KEYS WERE LOCKED OUT. THIS PREVENTED THE CTLRS WORKING THE SECTOR FROM MAKING ANY ENTRIES TO REFLECT CHANGES IN ACFT ALTS, RTES, ETC.
