Ramp agent reported a mechanic walked behind a running jet engine and was subsequently jet blasted.

Narrative:
Employee walked under the aircraft chocked the main gear and walked directly into the jet blast of engine 2. Employee was not injured upon investigation once the engine was turned off. Same employee was using a skydrol oil can as a ladder to put oil in both engines.contributing factors to the incident:1) inbound came in with an inoperative APU2) I as the ramp team lead called multiple times for a jetway a driver before the aircraft reached the gate. Ops called also.3) reached out to supervisor for assistance for a driver4) AC (aircraft) in gate with a live engine for over 5 minutes5) mechanic not aware of his surroundings and walked into the jet blast from engine 2.6) employee was stubborn to give me his information but I told him that I was not letting this slide and not leaving the gate until I received his info7) had a heart to heart talk with the employee to explain to him what I could see what he did wrong and the danger he put himself in.
