Narrative:
We departed late on the last leg of a three-day pairing. There was a light snow storm falling on bwi upon our arrival. We didn't think the snow cover on the ground was going to be significant during our briefings so we failed to talk about leaving the flaps at 15 during taxi in for contamination removal. Upon landing; I selected the flaps up and we taxied to the gate where we finished our trip. We were alerted by the chief pilot's office that there may have been some flap track damage due to the re-freezing of contaminates. I was notified of this potential problem [a few days later] and don't remember much about it other than what I have said.
