Narrative:
After beginning the takeoff roll, tower changed our 3000' initial level off altitude to 2000'. At approximately 1000' tower called out traffic at 11 O'clock and 2300'. This was also a busy point in our departure due to the required noise abatement procedures. We were able to find the traffic as we broke out of a 2000' cloud layer, but due to our light weight and rapid climb I bounced through the 2000' altitude and leveled at 2400'. I corrected back to 2000' at the same time tower xferred us to departure. I feel this altitude deviation was caused by the following: 1) tower changing level off altitude during critical point of our flight. 2) a noise abatement procedure that requires a high workload during a critical point of the flight. 3) traffic conflict in a corridor that should be left open for departures from sna and not for transiting aircraft. 4) and also by myself for allowing all these distrs to divert my attention from altitude awareness.

Title: ALT DEVIATION ALT OVERSHOT ON A NOISE ABATEMENT PROC DEP WHEN AMENDED CLRNC ALT CHANGE GIVEN TO DEP TRAFFIC ON A TKOF PROC TKOF RUN.
Narrative: AFTER BEGINNING THE TKOF ROLL, TWR CHANGED OUR 3000' INITIAL LEVEL OFF ALT TO 2000'. AT APPROX 1000' TWR CALLED OUT TFC AT 11 O'CLOCK AND 2300'. THIS WAS ALSO A BUSY POINT IN OUR DEP DUE TO THE REQUIRED NOISE ABATEMENT PROCS. WE WERE ABLE TO FIND THE TFC AS WE BROKE OUT OF A 2000' CLOUD LAYER, BUT DUE TO OUR LIGHT WT AND RAPID CLB I BOUNCED THROUGH THE 2000' ALT AND LEVELED AT 2400'. I CORRECTED BACK TO 2000' AT THE SAME TIME TWR XFERRED US TO DEP. I FEEL THIS ALT DEVIATION WAS CAUSED BY THE FOLLOWING: 1) TWR CHANGING LEVEL OFF ALT DURING CRITICAL POINT OF OUR FLT. 2) A NOISE ABATEMENT PROC THAT REQUIRES A HIGH WORKLOAD DURING A CRITICAL POINT OF THE FLT. 3) TFC CONFLICT IN A CORRIDOR THAT SHOULD BE LEFT OPEN FOR DEPS FROM SNA AND NOT FOR TRANSITING ACFT. 4) AND ALSO BY MYSELF FOR ALLOWING ALL THESE DISTRS TO DIVERT MY ATTN FROM ALT AWARENESS.
