Narrative:
While on IFR flight plan with center; 2 T-45 aircraft were operating within the lateral and vertical limits of an ir route when they passed within 1NM and co altitude of a light civil GA traffic. The T45s were southwest bound; GA aircraft was northwest bound. Northern most T45 passed behind light civil co altitude [traffic] approximately 700 feet horizontal distance. Immediately after passing the traffic; [center was asked] about this traffic. Center responded that they had radar contact of this traffic. At no time did center attempt to notify the T45s of this traffic conflict.
