Narrative:
I observed 2 fgt's 1/2 mi south of eyw at approximately 800' altitude inbound to runway 7 at nqx. This was not coordinated by nqx. They had coordinated 2000' and above. The fgt's appeared to climb when they noticed an small aircraft taking off runway 9 at eyw. I pointed the fgt's out to the small aircraft. No problem.
