Narrative:
During taxi in we were turning into the ramp when a truck did not stop on the vehicle road. The first officer noticed truck was not stopping; and instructed me to stop now. The truck incursion required max braking knots. The truck continued across the intersection and never made any attempt to slow down or stop for our aircraft. No one was hurt; as all were seated with seat belts fastened; but we came within 5 to 10 feet of a collision. Please find the driver and provide proper training. We did inform the ground controller of the near collision with the truck. I believe the cause was inattention by the vehicle driver. I suggest training.
