Narrative:
I was going to give a ride to a couple of passengers in the local area. Upon taxi out I checked my brakes as I always do and they were okay. Brakes were okay on runup; but when I applied brakes to stop at the runway threshold the right brake went to the floor. We yawed to the left and came to a stop in the grass beside the taxiway. I asked the tower to contact our FBO who sent a tug and towed us back to the ramp. When we parked the right brake was still inoperative and when the maintenance shop checked it they found a split o-ring in the brake line. No damage was done to the aircraft and no one on board the aircraft was injured.
