Narrative:
Dfw terminal departures on dall 7 SID were restr to the 067 right due to WX along 078 degree right and 090 degree right. This resulted in my having to rerte traffic back over original rtes when clear of WX and also to be more diligent for longitudinal spacing. The situation was further compounded by arrs on the buj 7 STAR deviating south into my airspace descending to FL240. This placed me in a situation whereby I had to use altitude sep between arrs that I was not working, and departures. Traffic restrictions of 10 mi in trail has been issued to dfw approach but this is not what I am getting on high altitude. Air carrier X checked on and I climb him to FL330, but entered temperature FL220 in data block. I don't know why, I had stopped everyone else for the arrs. Suggest in similar situations they have an extra person on handoff, requested or not to double-check or restrict arrs such that they cannot interfere head on with departure. Air carrier X got within 1 mi and 600' vertically at their closest point.

Title: ARRIVING AND DEPARTING ACFT WERE DEVIATING FOR WX AND CAME IN CLOSE PROX RESULTING IN LESS THAN STANDARD SEPARATION.
Narrative: DFW TERMINAL DEPS ON DALL 7 SID WERE RESTR TO THE 067 R DUE TO WX ALONG 078 DEG R AND 090 DEG R. THIS RESULTED IN MY HAVING TO RERTE TFC BACK OVER ORIGINAL RTES WHEN CLR OF WX AND ALSO TO BE MORE DILIGENT FOR LONGITUDINAL SPACING. THE SITUATION WAS FURTHER COMPOUNDED BY ARRS ON THE BUJ 7 STAR DEVIATING S INTO MY AIRSPACE DSNDING TO FL240. THIS PLACED ME IN A SITUATION WHEREBY I HAD TO USE ALT SEP BTWN ARRS THAT I WAS NOT WORKING, AND DEPS. TFC RESTRICTIONS OF 10 MI IN TRAIL HAS BEEN ISSUED TO DFW APCH BUT THIS IS NOT WHAT I AM GETTING ON HIGH ALT. ACR X CHKED ON AND I CLB HIM TO FL330, BUT ENTERED TEMP FL220 IN DATA BLOCK. I DON'T KNOW WHY, I HAD STOPPED EVERYONE ELSE FOR THE ARRS. SUGGEST IN SIMILAR SITUATIONS THEY HAVE AN EXTRA PERSON ON HDOF, REQUESTED OR NOT TO DOUBLE-CHK OR RESTRICT ARRS SUCH THAT THEY CANNOT INTERFERE HEAD ON WITH DEP. ACR X GOT WITHIN 1 MI AND 600' VERTICALLY AT THEIR CLOSEST POINT.
