Narrative:
We got a GPWS terrain caution doing the river visual 19 approach. I was the pilot monitoring; the first officer was flying and we were following a 757 that was around 3 miles ahead. Due to tight spacing and separation; tower asked us to change to land runway 15 right around 1;000 feet AGL. It was a visual day; both runways had been briefed; we had landing data for both; and winds actually favored 15 so we accepted. The only issue we had was with the pretty stiff crosswind. When the first officer corrected the course to stop following the river and line up with 15; it got us a little off the glide path and pointed towards some of the buildings on the river bank. We got a GPWS terrain caution for a couple of seconds and the first officer corrected the altitude and course resolving the issue. We then landed 15 without incident after continuing the approach because it was a VFR day and [we] had a visual on our surroundings.
