Narrative:
We contacted ground. We were given clearance to taxi east then M out to the runway. We inadvertently taxied out on K and were told to take a left next taxiway to join east. The signage at night was a little difficult to see for the taxiways.

Title: Air carrier flight crew reported a taxiway incursion due to difficulties seeing the taxiway signs at BOS.
