Narrative:
Aircraft was dispatched off [the] gate after we pushed off. Aircraft X waited behind for the ramp crew to disconnect from the aircraft. After [our] wing walker saluted the captain; [the second aircraft] proceeded to taxi between aircraft and the jet bridge on [the] gate while the ramp crew was walking back to the terminal. This could have been a catastrophic event for several members of the ramp crew. The ramp crew was still in the operational envelope of [the] gate. I believe the actions of the captain [the second aircraft] were extremely reckless and he put [our] ramp crew in harms way. The captain showed absolutely no regard for the safety of [our] ramp crew. The operational supervisor was notified immediately after the incident and the station ops agent called the tower on our behalf to see if [the second aircraft] was given permission from the tower to proceed as they did. The tower informed [our supervisor that the second flight crew] acted on their own.
