Narrative:
Marketing departure schedules 3 flts into ord with very similar call signs: XXX394, YYY394, YYY395. The ord TCA is too busy to have the wrong aircraft fly headings and altitudes intended for a different aircraft. This is an everyday schedule at ord for midday. The ord controller said, 'YYY394, turn right to heading 140 degrees.' after the turn was started the controller said, 'YYY394, turn back left to heading 080 degrees,' and then gave XXX394 140 degree heading.
