Narrative:

During the descent we received a TCAS RA. We started on the RNAV arrival then shortly after ATC turned us off the arrival for traffic and spacing. We received several altitude changes descending us to the airport. We were level at 6000 feet and got clearance to 5000 feet. Shortly after that ATC said hurry down. I deployed the spoilers and thrust to idle. Then we saw TCAS TA traffic ahead. Almost immediately after that we got the RA to climb. During the RA maneuver I did not retract the spoilers after the thrust increase. I also pulled up too quickly and created a momentary stick shaker. After the traffic was clear of conflict I noticed the spoilers were out. I should have retracted the spoilers and not pulled up so abruptly during the escape maneuver.
