Narrative:
An aircraft was departing N07 and went into the caldwell essex county airport (cdw) class delta without two way communications. With N07 being one of the most used waypoints to enter the airspace from the north; it is very unsafe to have unknown aircraft departing and entering class D airspace from the north. N07 is less than a mile outside of the controlled airspace boundary. Any airplane that departs N07 will enter cdw airspace without communication or coordination.with N07 being uncontrolled; I understand they have to talk on unicom. I recommend as soon as practical after takeoff must contact cdw tower with request to enter controlled airspace. And for landing aircraft they must request transition if they are landing runway 19. If it is made that aircraft must call cdw tower for coordination it will allow the facility to safely and efficiently move traffic around each other so that conflicts decrease in numbers.
