Narrative:
We did a rejected takeoff (rejected takeoff) for significant airspeed discrepancy and autothrottle disengage uncommanded. After clearing the runway and running the rejected takeoff qrc; I did a call on ACARS. [Dispatcher] responded that he can't contact me below 20;000 ft. At ZZZ and that I should use a cellphone to contact him. I find it hard to believe that [our company] does not provide pilots with a reliable method to communicate with dispatch.
