Narrative:
The first officer was flying the sjc tecky three RNAV departure; which reads 'cross mlpts intersection at 230 kts or below'. At 230 knots; we realized we were still below the class B airspace; which requires 200 knots or less. We started to correct but departure cleared us to climb which put us above the floor of the class B. We flew the SID as published. Not sure what takes precedence; the 230 knot restriction on the SID or; the 200 knot class B airspace restriction.
