Near miss 15 DME north of pns a navy MTR came within 100' vertical, 200-300 horizontal or less of our flight. We were descending out of 6500' to 6000' assigned by ATC. Our heading was 270 degree assigned. Navy aircraft was heading 090 degree with an apparent evasive maneuver by the MTR.
