Narrative:
Opened compartment 5 on arrival to discover a dry ice [unit] not strapped to the floor or volumetrically loaded. I could not see any visible damage to the package. The bags loaded in compartment 5 were behind the net section. The dry ice package was alone with 4 golf bags right next to the door; not together with the rest of the bags.the dry ice package should have been secured with straps or made sure it was volumetrically loaded with the safety procedures followed.
