Narrative:
After turning onto [the] taxiway from spot xx; and then taxiing for a few seconds; we felt the aircraft shudder. I asked the first officer (first officer) 'what was that'; as brakes were applied. Taxi speed at time of event was around 10-12 knots. As we rolled to a stop; we received a master caution light; followed by tire different pressure and tire pressure low alerts. Configure page showed no representation for tire 3; and low pressure for tire 2. Brakes were held manually until maintenance arrived at the aircraft and told us to set brakes. We shut down engines and were under maintenance control from this point forward.it appears that the wheel hub assembly and brake assembly on tire 3 failed.
