Narrative:

Within the first hour of my assigned shift, while working east radar, I realized small transport X off of felts field (satellite airport) to maintain 5000' due to overflying aircraft at 6000'. When traffic was no longer a factor, I thought I had cancelled the 5000' altitude restriction on small transport X and advised him upon reaching 5000' to turn on course. Apparently, I had not cancelled the restriction (altitude) and possibly caused the aircraft to enter a higher MVA. The pilot later called the facility requesting tapes and all other information. This error occurred after an 8 hour quick turn in which adequate rest was a factor.

Title: ASSIGNED ALT BELOW MVA. SYSTEM ERROR.

Narrative: WITHIN THE FIRST HR OF MY ASSIGNED SHIFT, WHILE WORKING E RADAR, I REALIZED SMT X OFF OF FELTS FIELD (SATELLITE ARPT) TO MAINTAIN 5000' DUE TO OVERFLYING ACFT AT 6000'. WHEN TFC WAS NO LONGER A FACTOR, I THOUGHT I HAD CANCELLED THE 5000' ALT RESTRICTION ON SMT X AND ADVISED HIM UPON REACHING 5000' TO TURN ON COURSE. APPARENTLY, I HAD NOT CANCELLED THE RESTRICTION (ALT) AND POSSIBLY CAUSED THE ACFT TO ENTER A HIGHER MVA. THE PLT LATER CALLED THE FAC REQUESTING TAPES AND ALL OTHER INFO. THIS ERROR OCCURRED AFTER AN 8 HR QUICK TURN IN WHICH ADEQUATE REST WAS A FACTOR.
