Captain seat slid backward on takeoff roll passing 100 knots. Immediate change of aircraft control and continued take off. First officer (first officer) remained PF (pilot flying).in flight; tests made apparent that seat would hold position most of the time; but would occasionally slide. Held for landing. Maintenance on ground tested and confirmed that.seat became loose. Arrest mechanism issue.
