At block in (a maintenance technician) informed me our left nose tire and wheel (1 of 2) was missing. Do not know where it came off. No departure taxi or takeoff vibration noted. No arrival landing or taxi vibration noted. Notified dispatcher. He called [our departure airport to report incident]. I radioed [destination] tower to report incident. Duty officer was notified as well.
