Narrative:

On climb out at approximately 13500 ft we heard a bang. The aircraft yawed and rolled right slightly. The right egt rose and the right N2 showed no rotation; the vibration indicator showed high vibration. The captain indicated to ATC that we wanted vectors for immediate return. We referenced and followed QRH which led to a right engine shutdown. We were vectored for an ILS. We landed at flaps 20 without incident. Due to the landing weight and reference to QRH we cleared the runway and waited for the fire department to monitor the brakes and tires for overheating.
