Narrative:
My boss asked me to fly the bmb from bfi to pdx then to troutdale, or, to an air show where the bmb was going to be the highlight. The stop at pdx was to pick up the antique which was also going to the air show. My boss told me we were to fly a low pass down the runway in formation then I was to make a low pass with the bmb down the runway and then land. My boss in the antique received clearance for flight of 2 for low pass. After I passed the antique received clearance to land. Made an approach with a go around down the runway. Tower asked intentions. I told him we were going to land. I landed next approach. Upon parking the FAA asked me for my license and medical. He said the tower wants to violate me because I did not land. The FAA said he was trying to stop it but didn't know if he could. I didn't believe him. I told him I just went around to get set up better. The director of the air show was very upset with the tower. I thought all arrangements were made by my boss. The point is I was cleared to land, no conflict with other traffic, flight was down the runway, no high speed. Flight at 100'. The tower was mad because he had other traffic holding outside the air traffic area waiting to land. I asked the sea FAA for a waiver for low passes down the runway but they said just get a clearance to land or the option and go around. We need a new far to address this issue.

Title: BMB AT AIRSHOW MAKE SLOW PASS OVER RWY WHEN CLEARED TO LAND. TWR WANTS TO VIOLATE.
Narrative: MY BOSS ASKED ME TO FLY THE BMB FROM BFI TO PDX THEN TO TROUTDALE, OR, TO AN AIR SHOW WHERE THE BMB WAS GOING TO BE THE HIGHLIGHT. I ASKED THE SEA FAA FOR A WAIVER FOR LOW PASSES DOWN THE RWY BUT THEY SAID JUST GET A CLRNC TO LAND OR THE OPTION AND GO AROUND. WE NEED A NEW FAR TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.
