Narrative:
Upon arriving sus on a visual approach to runway 26L via csx VOR at night; both pilots were distracted by the brightness and intensity of the lighting system at the new [golf center] location; which is located on roughly a two-mile final to runway 26L. The angle of the lighting system at the new facility is directly aimed at any pilot lined up for 26L at night. The lights are extremely bright; distracting; and disrupt night vision acuity.
