Just prior to level off at fl 340 both blue engine fuel valve closed lights indication lights illuminated bright blue; engine 1 & 2 high pressure shut off valve circuit breaker's popped. Engine all normal indication; used arinc conferenced with dispatch; technical support maintenance control; [and] chief pilot. Notified ATC [and] landed in ZZZ.
