Dg (dangerous goods) acceptance sheet and dgd (dangerous goods declaration) is incorrect and does not match the 20 goods in the shipment. 5 goods left in ZZZ as they arrive next day from ord. These goods is set on hold in ZZZ due to incorrect information in dgd and dg acceptance sheet. [Shipper] contacted [airline] cargo; and it is decided to forward 5 goods to an external company for repacking and filling of a new dgd. [The external company] has now informed that the content of the 5 goods does not comply with the content of the original dgd. Shipper is contacted to provide [the external company] with correct safety data sheets.
