Narrative:
I stowed the jetway; removed chocks; and informed the pilot to release brakes. I failed to do a walk around. Then I got on the pushback [tractor] and asked if we had clearance to push. When he said we did I proceeded to push with one wing walker as always. We never have 2 wing walkers. I did not get an all clear from the wing walker. I pushed the aircraft back about 10-15 feet and hit the catering truck.
