Narrative:
On takeoff aft flight attendants reported effluent coming from one of lavatories into galley. Lavatories all failed [and] toilets would not flush for 8 hour flight. Due to health/hazard factor with effluent in aft galley and fumes/vapors decided to perform overweight landing. Performed uneventful landing. Maintenance needs to clean probes for waste tanks of lavatories so this does not cause false indicators that effluent tanks are full. We confirmed they were dumped before departing.
