Narrative:
Particulars don't matter too much. We were cleared to cross 10 west of a fix at or below FL210 in our descent. At 6 east of the fix we were questioned about the restriction. (We were descending through FL22.5). The first officer (flying) said oops he (the controller) said 10 west not 10 east. The captain forgot the restriction. I wasn't paying much attention until now. (Off in my own world at the engineers panel). Is some evidence to the problem of disrupting sleep cycles. Lack of sleep. We were on a normal 'stand up over night.' we arrived at xa:50 am local time and didn't get to the hotel room until xb:30 am. The wake up call was at xe:15 am. That's 3 hours 45 min sleep. The captain and first officer got wake up calls at xe:00 am or 3 1/2 hours of bed time.
