During descent; both captains and first officer (first officer) airspeed and altitude systems failed with several engine indicators; N1 e.g.; indicating false readings. [Advised ATC]. Standby airspeed and altimeter and known engine power settings; along with assistance from ATC radar control for verbal ground speed readouts were used for approach and landing.
