Narrative:
I ate my crew meal and 30 min later started vomiting aggressively. I did not make it to the lav and was in the cockpit when the symptoms started. As soon as I could I went to the lav and vomited again. The flight attendant was in the cockpit with the captain who was on oxygen. I came back to the cockpit and said I was starting to feel better because I thought I got it all out of my system. We continued the flight and landed safely in ZZZ. That night I was nauseous and vomiting all night.
