Narrative:
Shortly before reaching kente we were told to change frequency to bos center and advise them that we were intercepting the localizer. We were unable to make contact on the given frequency; and after several attempts we reverted back to pvd approach frequency and were unable to contact them as well. At that point we were beyond ETA and we continued on the approach making normal CTAF announcements and landed uneventfully. An aircraft behind us had the same issue. We were able to relay through another aircraft our close of flight plan.
