Narrative:
I was working the sacramento valley from sac VORTAC to ehf VORTAC. Sacramento approach control was working an small transport with the medium large transport at his 6 O'clock. I pointed out the medium large transport to another sector for climb to FL230. I called back sacramento approach and told them to climb the medium large transport to FL230. The medium large transport came over-climbing to FL230 but said no altitude leaving. I rogered him and asked him his altitude leaving. 3-4 mins down the road the next thing I see is the medium large transport climbing out first officer FL260. I coordinated with the next sector who had the handoff if I could climb the medium large transport to FL270. He said ok. My d-side was pointing out the medium large transport to another sector at the same time. I have to listen to pilots everyday for these mistakes. All I can suggest is the pilots should listen better and check their altitude settings on the dashboard.

Title: ACFT CLEARED TO FL230 WAS CLIMBING THROUGH FL260 WHEN CTLR NOTICED THE DEVIATING AND STOPPED THE ACFT AT FL270.
Narrative: I WAS WORKING THE SACRAMENTO VALLEY FROM SAC VORTAC TO EHF VORTAC. SACRAMENTO APCH CTL WAS WORKING AN SMT WITH THE MLG AT HIS 6 O'CLOCK. I POINTED OUT THE MLG TO ANOTHER SECTOR FOR CLB TO FL230. I CALLED BACK SACRAMENTO APCH AND TOLD THEM TO CLB THE MLG TO FL230. THE MLG CAME OVER-CLBING TO FL230 BUT SAID NO ALT LEAVING. I ROGERED HIM AND ASKED HIM HIS ALT LEAVING. 3-4 MINS DOWN THE ROAD THE NEXT THING I SEE IS THE MLG CLBING OUT FO FL260. I COORDINATED WITH THE NEXT SECTOR WHO HAD THE HDOF IF I COULD CLB THE MLG TO FL270. HE SAID OK. MY D-SIDE WAS POINTING OUT THE MLG TO ANOTHER SECTOR AT THE SAME TIME. I HAVE TO LISTEN TO PLTS EVERYDAY FOR THESE MISTAKES. ALL I CAN SUGGEST IS THE PLTS SHOULD LISTEN BETTER AND CHK THEIR ALT SETTINGS ON THE DASHBOARD.
