Narrative:
When briefing the ILS rwy 03 approach into lppt; we noticed that the briefing strip frequency did not match the plan view frequency. For the approach we initially set 109.5 but on base determined that the localizer/GS was not identifying nor present on our electronic attitude director indicator. After switching to the plan view frequency of 109.1 the localizer/GS appeared and it properly identified.
