Narrative:
When I arrived at aircraft the first F/a met me at the door with her concern for the experience level of her crew. She had been flying for 1 yr, 2 F/a's were on their first flight, 3 F/a's had been on line 1 month, and 3 F/a's had been flying less than a month. This resulted in a hectic flight with service not being completed. Approaching O'hare first F/a requested an additional 15 min of flight time to pick-up. There are far's concerning inexperience in cockpit does this include cabin crew? If an emergency should have occurred there could have been a disaster! The first F/a says this has happened to her before. From a safety standpoint this practice should not be allowed! Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information. Reporter states that he sent a copy of his report to company. They have called him in to discuss problem and assured him they are working on it. However, they do not feel there is a safety factor and captain feels strongly that there is.
